Privacy Policy

• Account and product workspace information, including names, work email addresses, membership, application assignments, roles, and support messages.
• Information from a Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook account that an authorized user chooses to connect. For calendar preparation, this can include provider event identifiers, event title, organizer and attendee names or email addresses, response status, start and end time, recurrence information, privacy status, and meeting link.
• Product activity and security information, such as connection state, application actions, preparation and delivery status, IP address, browser, timestamps, and diagnostic records.
• Information provided through this website, including demo requests and scheduling information handled through Cal.com.

Calendar access is user-authorized and read-only for the current meeting preparation feature. Agite uses Composio to complete the provider connection and execute the bounded Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook request. Agite stores its own connection identifier and status; browser clients do not receive provider access or refresh tokens.

Agite uses calendar information to identify eligible customer meetings, prepare the assigned workspace participants, prevent duplicate preparation, and respond to cancellation or rescheduling. Calendar information is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train a general-purpose AI model. Bounded information may be sent to an AI service only to produce the requested workspace feature.

Agite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate requested integrations, create product outputs, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Information may be processed by service providers that operate Agite, including hosting, database, calendar connection, communications, security, and AI processing providers. It may also be visible to authorized users in the same product workspace when required by the feature. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information.

Normalized calendar event records and associated preparation state have a 90-day retention deadline from the most recent event processing. Sensitive webhook payloads have shorter redaction controls. Account, security, transaction, and support records may be kept longer when needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the service. Backups may take additional time to cycle out.

A user can disconnect a calendar in the product. Agite then attempts to remove the provider trigger and connected account and revokes local application access. A user can also revoke Agite in Google or Microsoft account settings. To ask us to access, correct, or delete information, use the deletion page or contact us. We verify identity and workspace authority before completing a request.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Agite is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
