Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to the Agite website and product. A signed order form, pilot agreement, data processing agreement, or other written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Accounts and authorized users
A product workspace is for the customer organization and its authorized users. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for membership, application assignments, and permissions within their organization.
Connected accounts and customer instructions
An authorized user may connect a supported calendar or other third-party service only when they have permission to do so. By connecting an account, the user instructs Agite to access the selected information and operate the visible product feature. The user can disconnect the connected account or revoke access through the provider.
The customer is responsible for its data, instructions, internal notices, and lawful use of generated outputs. Agite may rely on authorized workspace instructions and may suspend an integration that is expired, unsafe, or no longer authorized.
Acceptable use
Users may not break the law, infringe rights, access another person's data without authorization, bypass safeguards, probe or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, resell the service without permission, or use the service to send deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications.
Third-party services
Agite interoperates with third-party services, including calendar providers and Composio. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and administrator controls. Agite is not responsible for a third-party service outside Agite's control, but remains responsible for its own handling of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, change, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address a material breach, or respond to nonpayment under a commercial agreement. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting an active customer.
Ownership and feedback
Customers retain their rights in customer data. Agite and its licensors own the service, software, documentation, branding, and improvements. Users grant Agite the limited rights needed to process customer data and provide the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
Disclaimers and liability
Except as stated in a written agreement, the service is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Generated material can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed where judgment matters. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Any additional liability terms in a signed customer agreement control.
Termination and changes
A user may stop using the service and disconnect accounts at any time. Access and data handling after termination follow the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms; the effective date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated when required.
